How do I get started?

Do you offer customized packages?
Yes! While we offer predefined packages suited to most businesses, we can tailor services to your specific needs. Let us know your requirements during our consultation, and we’ll create a plan just for you.
What platforms do you manage?
We specialize in Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you have other platforms in mind, let us know during the consultation.
Do you require a contract?
Yes, we require a minimum 3-month commitment for all packages to ensure you see meaningful results. Contracts are month-to-month and can be paid in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We hope you never leave us, but we understand things can change. To cancel, we require a 30-day notice in writing and upfront final payment and no balance owed. This allows us to continue working with you for a final month as we transition your accounts back to you without disruption.
Do you handle content creation and posting?
Yes, we use high-quality camera equipment, industry-standard software, and best practices to create content, including photos, videos, and graphics. We also handle scheduling and posting to your social media platforms designed for maximum engagement and reach.
Can you use content I provide?
Absolutely! If you have photos or videos you’d like us to use, we’ll incorporate them into our social media strategy.
How often will you post for my business?
Posting frequency depends on your package. We post across all of your platforms we manage. We offer options from 3 posts per week per platform to daily posts.
How often do you record content?
An exact schedule will vary depending on the needs of your business and our availability. We can generally gather all content we need 2-3 times per month, but we will work with you to determine a schedule that works for your business.
My business has an event coming up. Can you be there to gather content?
Sure! We ask that you provide ample notice regarding the date and time to ensure we can be available. We cannot guarantee being there for your event but we will make every effort to ensure we are available. The earlier you tell us your needs, the greater the odds we can be there. You are always welcome to record your own content and send it to us if we can’t make it.
How do you track results?
We provide detailed analytics reports that include metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. We also provide insights and suggestions to improve the metrics you care about. Reports are sent monthly or bi-weekly, depending on your package.
How long does it take to see results?
While some improvements are noticeable within the first month, significant growth and engagement typically take 3–6 months, depending on your starting point.
Who owns the content you gather?
You do! All content created during our working relationship remains your property once payments are complete. We reserve the right to use content created in our portfolio or promotional materials unless explicitly prohibited in writing.
What if I only need one-time services?
